Personality
Mr. Pearce is a good teacher. He grades fairly, only expects a considerable amount of sacrifice from his students, and offers encouraging words just when they are most needed. Of course he also expects the upmost respect between students and anything considered remotely akin to racism or hate are quickly dealt with. Mr. Pearce is one of the area’s most respected speakers for Hope, a group organized to bring hate awareness into schools and teach students to look beyond the prejudices and experience life to the fullest.
